Our laboratory is DKD certified according to DIN EN ISO 17025. The components of our test benches which come into contact with test media are made entirely of stainless steel. Many years of experience in measurement and calibration technology result in a very high measuring accuracy, e.g. when measuring pressure or flow, to give our customers the best possible advantage.
Burst test bench and asthma inhaler test bench
One of our burst test benches is used for the pressure testing of inhaler components. We manufacture burst test benches for pressure ranges up to 1,000 bar with air or nitrogen. Pressures up to 3,000 bar are possible when water is used as medium. Four critical speciality nozzles, which were extra developed in-house, are used in our priming system to test the flow function of inhalers for powder drugs. Our LaminarMasterFlow system (LMF®) allows for a precise measuring of air volume flows as well as mass flows. The core of the LMF® system is a PC based controller. As an alternative, we use systems based on a notebook with USB interface to the electronic conversion unit. The controller with power supply unit and sensor power supply is located in a 19'' slot. The measurement track distance and the sensor system are set up separately.
