We build customer-specific test benches based on DIN EN ISO 5801 and AMCA 210 – this creates the best possible conditions for measuring fans in order to be able to carry out qualified measurements.

The individual test benches can be used for a wide variety of volume flow ranges from 1.5 to 100,000 m³/h can be designed, optionally as suction or pressure side chamber test benches. The chamber pressure can be designed individually. This makes it possible to simulate different load conditions on the test object. The use of specific measuring elements enables a measuring accuracy of up to 0.5% MV.

Especially for our fan test benches, we use Software solutions from our partner company Kirsten Controlsystems for the visualization of a fan test bench with image elements for displaying the measured values ​​and operation.

BTB15,000 fan test bench according to AMCA 210

The fan test stand is customer-specifically designed for a volume flow of 150 to 15,000 m³/h with a measuring accuracy of ± 1% through the use of nozzles. The pressure conditions in the test chamber can be set automatically in a range from -3000 Pa to +1000 Pa. Another benefit is the integration of an automatic nozzle control system.
