For the development and optimization of automotive components, test and measurement systems are required with which reproducible states / conditions for mass flow, temperature and pressure conditions, etc. can be set. With modern test benches and the associated test bench software, we develop test procedures to map and control the real operating conditions. We build test benches for components around the engine, such as exhaust gas turbochargers, hot-film air mass meters or heat exchangers.

In our accredited laboratory, we calibrate your measurement technology with a DAkkS certificate and thus conform to standards. Whether in our laboratory or on-site in your company – our calibration service tests both individual measuring elements and complete test benches. Thanks to our accreditation in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 for the measurands volume and mass flow of flowing gases, our calibrations are traced back to national standards.

Thermomanagement & Battery cooling
In order to meet the requirements of more complex thermal management in the field of e-mobility, we are working intensively on future topics and developing test bench solutions for battery and hybrid concepts and hydrogen technologies. The temperature control of the battery and power electronics plays an important role here, in particular the air conditioning and cooling in electric vehicles. The coolant and refrigerant-based cycle for electric vehicles is very complex. In this branch, too, the goal is to simulate the interaction of various components under real operating conditions in order to meet the requirements of tailored test bench measurement technology.
